1. Summary
IntoSignal runs a static website with no accounts, no contact form, and no advertising or tracking cookies. The only personal information we normally receive is what you choose to send us by email.
2. Information we collect
Email you send us. If you email IntoSignal, we receive your address, your message, and anything you attach. We use it only to reply and to discuss possible work.
Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of request, for security and reliability. We do not use it to identify individuals.
Third-party fonts. Pages load web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google may log the associated IP address. See Google's privacy policy for details.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this site. We do not run a newsletter list or profile visitors.
4. Legal basis and purpose
We use the information above to respond to enquiries, to deliver and support agreed work, to keep the site secure, and to meet legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers that operate the site and our email (hosting and email providers), where required by law, or with your instruction as part of a project.
6. Retention
Project correspondence is kept while it is relevant to the relationship and for as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted on request.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Send the request by email and we will respond within a reasonable period.
8. Client data
When IntoSignal processes data on behalf of a client as part of a project, that data is handled under the client's instructions and the terms of the engagement agreement, not this policy.
9. Children
The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The version on this page is current as of the date above.
